Our offices

London

Situated in the busy insurance hub that is the square mile, our home at One Creechurch Place is a spacious modern working area and is the largest of our six offices.

Hong-Kong


Hong Kong

Our Hong Kong office opened in 1982, and was one of the first P&I clubs to establish itself there. Since then, 12 IG clubs have offices in Hong Kong, but West’s is the largest with 35 employees.

Greece

Our Greek office, located in Piraeus, handles claims for approximately a quarter of the Club’s membership. The office is now fully established as West’s regional claims service centre for Greece, Cyprus and the UAE.

Singapore

Right at the heart of one of the world’s busiest port cities, our Singapore office is growing fast and supports both claims-handling and underwriting functions.

New York

Our New York office, situated on Avenue of the Americas in the commercial heart of Manhattan, represents a comparatively new expansion of our global office network. It was established in 2017 to service the Club’s North American Members.

Luxembourg

The Club’s Head-Office is located in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, at the heart of Luxembourg City’s centre. The Head-Office is responsible for the Club’s regulatory and corporate affairs, and in charge of managing the Club’s investment portfolio.

Dubai

The Dubai office marks West’s seventh global base. West has become the first International Group (IG) Club to establish a presence in the Middle East, highlighting the increasing significance of this region in the broader maritime industry as well as the emphasis the Club places on this expanding maritime hub.
